Tired beyond tired. Herbie has been helping me get steps in. Traveling to my house this weekend to empty it out in preparation for further mold remediation. I will have to miss the park run but my parents weren’t going to go tomorrow anyway cause it’s too cold. We Floridians can’t handle running in this kind of weather. Though it will be warmer at my house. Hope y’all have a great day and sending love to anyone struggling with anything.

It must be cold every where right now. I'm in Iowa and it is currently 15 degrees outside with a 15-20 mph wind. Last week it was in the 60s so I am freezing every time I go outside which hasn't been a lot due to cold weather.

Packing stuff up will burn calories, so missing a run can be made up inside. Sucks about the mold, but hopefully your insurance will handle it without pulling too many teeth.
