moved for a week and my last thought was on dieting. yesterday had wayyy too much sugar and I'm talking TV bar, ice cream and chocolate moose among other sugars throughout my day, woke up feeling drained, hungry and anxious. Did some research and for the first time I understand the complexity fully of nutrition. Gymed and ate healthy with high fibre and high protein and Im feeling content and not craving anything.
If only you could 12 step a sugar addiction😝
