Trainer changed up my dumbbell step ups and I am stepping higher so he backed off my weight. I breezed thru those thinking oh that was EASY! Well - sore today so he knows what he is doing!

Other highlight - I did 220# 5 reps for 4 sets on the Hex Bar Deadlift.

nice job on the worlout and ghe deadlift you are crazy strong! I was doing lunges all across my basement yesterday with a weighted vest thinking about you and how much you said you hated them hahah I have to agree they are not fun

OTB- Oh those lunges! The trainer says they are the best thing for your core but I sure dread them. It takes every ounce of my being to get the last rep in at the end of the sets! I have lat pull downs after each set of lunges and my legs are like spaghetti walking over to the machine. I am glad to see you doing them because he also said a lot of people who work out on their own will skip them! You rock!
