Trainer is trying to get me bench presses stronger and mixing it up. Tried for 5 reps but hit failure.

Golfmarina- Thanks, I love the heavy circuit the best and find the week of lots of reps the hardest even though the weight is less. I love how your workouts are so diversified!

Redporchlady. Thank you. I try to change up my weightlifting every two weeks because my muscles seem to adjust very quickly. I also don’t like the high reps because I find it way harder than heavy weights with fewer reps but it’s really working for my weight loss. I love boxing for the high intensity and the skill. It helps me the most with getting lean. I love following you. Keep up the great work.

LB Planks are great to do at home! I started out with a bent knee plank and have moved up to a full body side plank. Deadlifts and squats can be done with body weight and move to dumbbells at home too. 💪
