Today was a day of sloppy eating. Sloppy eating makes me anxious because I’m a perfectionist.

One day of sloppy eating snowballs into another and another and another. ❄️

So my commitment for tomorrow:

1) eat healthy, nutritious meals
2) exercise
3) drink at least 8 cups water 💦
4) have a little fun

Any tips on putting this day behind me?
