You mentioned grip earlier on. I use a very wide, thumbless grip for pull downs. That way I feel it from the very bottom of my lats all the way up. Grip placement depends on individual anatomy so you must engage the mind/muscle connection. Are you working the muscle you want to target, can you target it better with an adjustment to grip. You put a lot of thought into your workouts so I am sure you will develop great mind/muscle connection 👍
