45 mins interval running/walking + 20 mins yoga.

Tomorrow I aim for the same except no running and Sunday maybe just Yoga, not sure yet.

Annoyingly, I haven't lost weight but I've been more hungry than normal, so I'm waiting to stabilize from the added workout time. I need to see what the "new normal" will be and adjust.
