Thanks, otb! I actually saw 129 on the scale this morning. 129! First time I've broken 130! My weekly average, which I record here, still seems to be hovering around 131, but it was pretty awesome to see that number 😀

We are about the same weight. I go between 127-130 but if I hit 130 it freaks me out. Congratulations on your weight loss!👍👍👍

Thanks, Diana! I'm hoping to get below 130, but I'm shooting for my "happy weight " as Dr. Yoni Freedhoff puts it -- the lowest weight I can sustain without making myself crazy. Considering I graduated high school at 135 or 140, I'll take this if this is where I stop. Right now, I think I'll focus on maintaining weight and building strength and aerobic capacity
