Hey everyone! You all have been missed in my daily life. I have been resting with my foot iced, elevated and enduring some pain.
I am still on my diet, but my body is not letting go. The sad news is my scale at home is right. I put an 8lb's weight on my scale, and darn, my scale said the weight did indeed weigh 8Lb's! Bummer! I am staying around 1,000 Cal diet. Yesterday 920 Cal's.
Do you all have any idea's on how to break the 160 lbs barrier???
The good news-, I resisted the cookies. There is something about me and General Anesthesia...I always wake up wanting cookies-This surgery was no exception. Boy did I want cookies. last night I really wanted cookies-But No!:)

Thanks Linda :) for the suggestion~Maybe next week. I will take a look at your suggestion. I love fruit. Do you think that is the (Carbs.) that is acting counterproductive in my diet?
