Recalculated my RDI based on my summer job. Working at a rec camp with kids age 6-12. I barely sat down all day and I'm so tired I could probably fall asleep now and not wake up 'til morning! lol It was a great day, though. But I just feel that if I stick to 1200-1600 calories now which was a moderate portion of my 2100 RDI, then I'll end up grumpy and passing out!! So my new calculation is 2400. I'll see how it goes for a week, probably eat 1600-1800. Thoughts? :)
