Just returning from an 8 day cruise. I have gained about 4-5 lbs but my activity was decent during the vacation so I’m not feeling particularly bleh about it. 😊 I am back to journaling and logging food and weight. Did some yoga yesterday to loosen things up after 9 hours sitting at the airport and 12 hours of flying. Today will be more yoga and treadmilling. I am still on Eastern time zone but thankfully have today off from work.

Wow, you did great on the cruise! On our only cruise I gained 11 lbs in a week, yikes ;) When we go away over the holiday this year, I'm hoping to go up only 5lbs, but we'll be gone 3 weeks.

Ha! Well, it was a lot of walking at the ports, snorkeling, taking the stairs and resisting lots of fried foods. I still ate like royalty, though! 😂 I know vacations are so hard but they can be a great stress reliever so maybe that helps a bit. Good luck on your next holiday, Zanly!
