Good Morning Self,
Another morning workout on the elliptical. Good job. Need to prep some more videos for entertainment while this machine burns the calories. (Helpful Hint Self - don’t watch food videos while exercising during a fasting period.)
The tactic of light cardio to burn calories and reduce available blood sugar will work, but must have a plan in case i push too much. I set out some cake for later if start feeling bad. Again Self - know the difference between feeling bad due to low sugar and simply being hungry.
A few hours before the eating window opens. Will fuel the machine with a low carb source and enjoy the day.
