I have been MIA, bc I did not have internet the past week. I went to a wedding this weekend which was a small set back to progress. I just switched my goal weight from 138 to 143, because of my progress thus far. I feel that 143 is more realistic for my August 22 deadline. Also, I feel that it will take a lot of exercise to really break through 148. I had my first dress fitting last Tuesday. My dress it is great fit, but I would love to see some slimming around my lower belly. My waist is tiny but I really despise the area between my waist and hips. AGH!
