I know exactly what you see and feel. You're 50# ahead of me but I have been focusing on toning and strengthening for the last 4 months. You have done a great job the toning will come. What doesn't you can just call "Knowledge Banners"!

Yep - me too - a bit wrinkly in places and do not know if toning will change that - some people opted for skin removal surgery but - even if it does resemble a "deflated" balloon --- better deflated than full - just keep your clothes on and get undressed in the dark and wrap yourself in a spare sheet on the way to the toi toi from the bedroom - and you will be fine. Congrats on your loss - WTG - I can appreciate the effort and time put into every pound lost.
