Well Ive lost about 5 pounds in the space of round 2 weeks....went to Floria for vacation n did lots of shopping and walking at the malls, plus i hardly ate fast foods, n i cooked....so hardly eating plus exercise....im sooo happy:)
This is the lowest ive been since my mom died, that around 2 years now...so im really happy for this....looks like im gona lose back the 10 pounds i gained since she died:)
Hitting the gym again tmrw after not goin from last week i think 2 thursdays ago...so im really praying this works this time:)
