I ate past 7:30 last night. Chili of all things. Why? I was craving it for some weird reason. Ah well. Back on the wagon.

When you eat isn't as import as how much. People who have night jobs eat at different times and still lose weight. Chili is a great protein source so if you had to have anything, that was a good choice.

That makes me feel less guilty. I snacked on sun chips after 7:30 last night too. I was craving the salt. Once the salt reached my mouth, I felt instantly better. I put my jeans on this morning thinking they'd be tight again, and no they were loose.... like I should consider getting smaller waist size jeans. I think my belly and butt fat is going away. My legs, chest, and arms are much firmer and more solid. I hope that explains the lack of extreme weight loss.
