Crazy how fast can a body bounce back. My weight hasn't changed much, but my body certainy has, everything fits much better, I notice a layer of fat around places has disappeared.
I've been back to working out every day and yoga every day. I leveled up in yoga, haha. Bakasana down. Now I'm going for headstands.
