I stepped on my scale today after several months of not counting and not paying attention. *sigh* It wasnt as bad as I thought, but when will i learn! Back to counting... :-(

I have to weight every day and track though it is not doing me much good right now.

I do similar...with only weighing in once a week. But I track, measure and exercise every day..WHEN I'm doing what I should be 😂. This last couple months though ..well, all of that dedication went out the window like a fart in the breeze
