Never again will I buy these. I can’t control myself. They triggered a binge and I ate the whole damn box. At least it was only 600 calories. Could have been much worse.

Try this instead: 1 scoop Chocolate whey protein powder. I cup yoghurt and 1 cup cherries. Mix it all together and freeze. Super low calories and yummy. Of course you can make other flavors depending on the taste of the protein powder (Vanilla, Strawberry e.g)

Frozen grapes. They're a whole food, nutritious and low calorie, have lots of water, and taste like candy. Near impossible to overeat them, and they're not processed like chips or bagged popcorn.

Golfmarina your idea sounds great too but I haven’t gotten into protein powder yet. Looks pricey and I’m not sure what to buy.

If you're not already into protein powders, I'd recommend against. They're pretty processed, and the flavored ones are going to have added sugar. When I need a dessert, it's often dates or a single (50 cal) square of 90% dark chocolate with a dried apricot.

I just bought dates and do the dark chocolate too. I was trying something different with the skinny cow but know better now. There are certain things I just can’t eat because it’s too hard to stop lol. One of my favorite things is a low carb wrap, peanut butter and a banana. I might throw some dates in there next time instead of the banana.

Know what’s crazy? I had similar issues with their ice cream sandwich minis, but not the normal size ones. Now, I mostly just buy halo top and sometimes I eat the whole container and sometimes I don’t. Just depends.

Yup, I now that feeling and am trying to teach myself portion control even on the "red light" foods. It's not like you will never have ice cream again so we have to learn how to moderate so we don't gain back what we lost

1 cup of grapes 24 grams of sugar and 110 calories vs Whey Protein Powder 1 g sugar and 100 calories plus 30 g of Protein.

yes! I so understand this. Occasionally, I will buy something for the kids' father...but then if I can see it (like he doesn't take it to work) I have a hard time resisting. Sometimes I'll get myself a treat but then I buy just one... no matter what, just one. Sympathies and good vibes! You can do this!

I love ice cream too but have been sticking with sliced apple with peanut butter, dark chocolate chips and whole almonds. It's been satisfying my craving for dessert.
