I don't know what is going on, but no workouts in over a month, sticking with the diet it's no problem because its routine. Uninterested in most things, well to be honest all things that usually keep me happy, except my 2yr old whom I love more than my own life, he keeps me happy, everything else just is on the backburner. But good news is im not gaining weight still, so theres thAt. Keep up the good work and faith fatsecret crew.

Try HIIT workouts and 45% carb./35% protein/20% fat calorie intake (1800 calories). 200-250/meal. MUST have high quality protein and A LOT of water. You will drop FAT and have MUCH MORE energy!!!
