You’ll get a lot of inspiration on FS, it’s a great community!! I also have a blog where I post healthy low cal recipes if you are interested. I’d advise starting off SIMPLE. Meat, veggies and fruit. Less ingredients at first so it’s easier to track calories.
I weigh my portions so I don’t have to guess.

There are lots of recipes— thousands actually. Think of ingredients you like and use GOOGLE to search for recipes that include those things.
