LivinBreezy, Because I used jarred salsa verde (300 mg for 3 tbsp) and rinsed the canned beans, this dish came to about 600 mg sodium total. I try to keep my daily sodium below 1800 mg. On the days that I use absolutely no processed foods, my sodium intake is often around 1000 mg, including salt from the shaker.

Today is going to be a high sodium day (2400 mg) because I put pickles on my breakfast sandwich. 😬
