Visit with nutritionist was informative. I definitely need to increase my protein. She was happy to see the amount of plant based protein I have been eating but agreed that I was pretty maxed out unless I am willing to incorporate protein powder. I am not big on drinking my nutrients. Something about the viscosity and texture, that I just don’t like. So I am going to incorporate chicken, fish and low fat dairy (except milk, can’t stand the stuff!) back into my diet. I am hoping that I have learned enough from the 2 months I ate WFPB to keep my fiber and protein up; and saturated fats, sugar and salt down.
