I'm thinking I'm gaining water weight during the week. I work out every day which makes me a little sore around the joints. I'm thinking that is water weight I'm putting on which would explain the better weight loss on Mondays when I weigh in. I reserve Sundays as a do nothing and rest day. My joints don't feel sore on Monday evenings when I weigh in.
