Wondering if the protein powder could have caused some constipation. All the extra protein I didn't get before could have likely bound me up a bit. I'm going to weigh in tonight. I don't think I am lower than 245 today. I am hopeful I am no more than 247. It's been a wierd weekend. I want to get closer to 240 real soon. This could be the week. I will do slight workouts in my office until my big workout this evening.

I think that weekends throw us all off. Just try your best and do well during the week. It will balance out!

I was drinking a whey protein shake in the morning. I also had coffee as normal and a banana, blueberry whole wheat muffin. I ate high protein stuff to increase my protein intake. My weight initially went down but I felt constipated and bloated... like my digestion slowed down. My weight overall is going down so I'll keep plugging away at it. I'm lowering my caloric intake for this week. I'm really trying to just balance my diet and feel satisfied. I think that with exercise should result in weightloss.

Make sure you are not over doing protein intake all at one time of day. Split it into 4 parts throughout the whole day.
