Still 212. I won't be able to weigh in next week as I will be at a primitive camp site. I will not be able to follow my usual diet, so I have no idea what my weight will do next week. I leave tomorrow morning, so will not be entering my food again until Monday, the 20th. I guess I get to see what I've learned this past year and if I can incorporate it into every day life.

I'm taking LOTS and LOTS of water. I'm leaving the tea at home. I also have a spray bottle and some of those gel neck-cooler scarves. I sure hope you're right about the plateau. I'm just happy not to be gaining. Toward the middle of the week I weighed and was up to 216, but this morning I was back down. It just goes to show, don't let every little up or down get you worried.
