Noticed I’m having a bit of trouble eating the 1400 calories per day this week. Looks like my average so far is 1100 per day. I had a few slightly high days and some lower days. Not sure how that will be reflected on the scale but hopefully not a gain. I liked my steady week the week before much better and am going to try to aim for that next week.

I have been doing better with activity but I am still working on getting back to my morning routines. I wake up early enough to do it but have no motivation early in the morning lately. I don’t necessarily mind evening exercise but I miss the energy from morning workouts. I just have to get out of bed at 7 am and I CAN do it.

Ok, back to planning my meals for next week. 🙂
