Michelle… I eat breakfast around 6am and I don’t eat while on duty. Then eat supper maybe around 7pm. Which makes 13 hours fasting during the day and 11 hours at night. The body gets used to it and I don’t feel deprived. I don’t want to tell you what to do, I could be completely mistaken, but your fasting looks rather hard. I only want you to succeed because you are my buddy💕👍🏼

Thanks SO MUCH fritz!! I didn't know that was an option!! 😂 It has definitely been hard. Which was fine to push thru when it was working... But then it stopped working. There is NO WAY I'm eating too much. If anything too little. So yesterday and today I am trying to eat more and hopefully my body will get out of starvation mode and start losing again. I will definitely give your schedule a try, thank you. It's all new so I'm just flying by the seat of my pants trying to fig it all out. In the beginning I was seeing like full pound losses each morning.. but that has ceased for about a week now.
