I decided to give myself a break last week. Hormones and mind set had me feeling hungry/rebellious/resistant and after it didn’t pass for a few days I knew that I needed to stop tracking for a bit until I was ready to stick to my plan. Otherwise I just felt crappy for going over my calorie count. Never went overboard with eating while not counting and now that Shark Week is passing, my appetite is decreasing and I’m feeling ready to dive back into daily tracking.
