Preparing for the week ahead. I had a good weekend and didn’t stray too far. I am geared up for a healthy week ahead but one small “problem” with hubby taking the week off work. It can go two ways, he will lay temptations in front of me or he will be super helpful and it will help me stay in control. 😀
I am aiming to get back to the 180s by the end of this week! I have a Caribbean vacation in October as my short term goal inspo to get back to 175 but overall it’s a lifelong journey.
