I live 80 miles east of you and we got way too much water too but are on high ground. This summer was the first time we ever had problems getting home due to flooding. We had to turn around 3 times and could not get home. Finally made it the 4th.

Sadness everywhere. A good reason for all of us to keep our food needs simple, cook at home, don’t eat excessively— that leaves us the ability to donate the money we save or the extra food we have to food banks. Everyone here asks FATHER for help — people need to understand that FSTHER

Thank you everyone! Thankfully the south side has the least damage. It was so much rain im pretty sure a small crack in my foundation allowed a tiny bit of water in. But nothing from the sewers or drains. So we are safe. But north of me got a ton! Its so heart breaking. I have so many cloths i grew out of and a huge box of my daughters old cloths and some nice shoes im going to give. I wish i could do more but being i just bought the suv... Uhh im too praying for everyone effected in all states not just mine. Thank yall again! 🙏🏼💞
