Sorry you've been through stressful times. Hope your daughter is getting better. Maybe you could try eating smaller meals but more often? Filling, creamy alkaline foods would be good. I think anything spicy, acidic (e.g fruit, alcohol) or fried will aggravate gastritis. Maybe try omprazole? Aspirin will make it worse (maybe try paracetamol instead). Hope you feel better soon.

I suffer with IBD. I eat slower, take gaps between bites and chew my food more. Drinking more water with a meal also helps. Good luck😀👍

doctor has me on omeprazole now. it's not my daughter but an abusive ex. thinking of bulk cooking tasty healthy meals to keep me going xx
