Today I have downloaded this app to try out. I was not ready to rejoin Noom or try a new app like Mayo Clinic as paid. I had tried MyFitnessPal unpaid but it is just too clunky. I feel like I need the community portion to stay motivated and this app seems to have a better social component.
I’ve logged my food for the day but feeling badly because the power has been out and I have just been grabbing snacks thinking the power will return so I can cook something. Not even sure I’m hungry so I think I may skip a “meal” today unless you count Pop Tarts as dinner. 😉
