I may be setting my sights too high (for myself) but I'd like to try this upper body workout today. I'll use my lightest weights and do a warm-up first. Wish me luck!!💪👍 Better yet...let's do them TOGETHER!! 🏋🏻‍♀️💙🏋🏻‍♂️

HCB, thank you!! Like I said, it wasn't as hard as I thought. I plan to repeat every day for 1 week, then either up the weights or increase the reps...which do you recommend?

there is no exercise that burns fat. fat is burnt through eating less and exercise these exercises are pretty good to burn calories to actually lose fat you need to burn more calories than you eat for example im a man and the average calories of a man per day to maintain weight are 2000 but i wanna lose weight so i eat 200-400 calories less and the average calories for women a day to maintain weight is 1600 so you should eat 200-400 calories less but i reccomend taking it slow at first and the best of luck
