I'm at my last 12lbs to goal weight and I've plateaued. I was told I need to shock my body because it's used to what I've been doing as far as a workout. So I have to change it up. Did a spin class today, that was awesome! So ready to get to goal weight....

Try doing a carb re-feed one day. Take a day and just eat more veggies/fruit some potatoes so your body kicks out of starvation mode. Or some people do a cheat day as a carb refeed and then get back on track the neck day, this should help you get over a plateau.

12 pounds is great progress! Plateaus are normal, but it sounds like you'll get past yours soon.
