my steps were not where I like them to be. I can't remember who, but one of you awesome folks told me the 'sweet spot' was somewhere between 6-8000 (I think that was the range, close anyway) I notice if I do 8500-10k at least I always have a good result in the morning on the scale. Only did 2 miles today but I did have a great work out. mostly the same or a variation of what I always do but somehow felt it more today.. I pushed a little harder weight wise one two of them and really felt like I worked out when I was done. Gosh I love that feeling. Considering 4 months ago I couldn't walk 5 mins on the treadmill n often times my step count was in the low 100s I'm still feeling pretty good.
