Well, my intuitive eating experiment didn’t work. Sure it all makes sense to read about but in actuality i just slid. Much like trying to moderate drinking. Nothing worked for alcohol misuse except complete abstinence - i need to abstain from the carbohydrates that support my insulin resistance. I wish there was s Noom for low carbers. The psychology in Noom is great but the colour coding , not so much.
