Past two weeks in Kiawah Island on vacation. Managed to stay on track most days within calorie/macro targets. But, had several days in a row where I went over (once significantly). Those overages were due to meals later in the day with family where I had difficulty eating small portions (dinners out, party, etc.). Some emotional trigger eating as well.

But, overall, I essentially managed to stay "flat" (168 vs. 167.5).

During the past two weeks my exercise consisted of flat daily walks (about an hour) with some body weight and resistance band workouts mixed in.

So, this is essentially the end of my first 30-days on a 90-day journey. Achieved some noticeable results (looser fitting clothes, leaner face, etc) and dropped 5-6 lbs. But, more importantly, I was consistent with tracking my calories/macros and making adjustments.

One important learning is that from time-to-time you will eat something or have a day way out of your targets and be tempted not to track that. But, I pretty much tried to track everything no matter what. Then, you have the data. And, somewhat surprising that in the past week I had 3-4 days over but still weighed in on target. So day-to-day fluctuations will happen.

Plus, trying to keep big picture in mind... this is the first 1/3 of the 90-day journey. So, will incorporate these learnings and improve over the next 2/3.
