193.6 lbs total 28.7% 55.56lbs fat 37% 71.63lbs muscle I ate a huge steak and small salad for dinner the last couple days and posted great fat loss. I'm doing a variation of Vince Gironda's steak & eggs diet, but the last couple days I'm bicycling and gardening more than bodybuilding workouts. I'm happy with the fat loss, but am a little concerned about losing so much muscle with the fat.

I can totally relate! I lift weights 6 days a week when we are home. We are on vacation now and even though I'm maintaining weight loss and hiking etc, I can see I'm losing muscle. We are gone for a month total and I did bring 10 lb weights but definitely not the same..

Everyone loses muscle mass when they lose weight.
Even if it was a professional bodybuilder.
There are two key points to maintaining as much muscle mass as possible and reducing body fat percentage: lose weight as slowly as possible and do not reduce the intensity of weight training as much as possible during weight loss.
Even now, you have beautiful muscles, but I believe you will have even more beautiful muscles when you reach your goal weight.💪

As long as your protein intake is high and your resistance training frequent, you shouldn't lose much if any noticeable muscle. Looking great!
