I did 51 minutes in the gym yesterday. No change in my weight, to my surprise, especially as this followed a walk of a mile in the midafternoon heat.

Bodies are funny things.

Bodies are funny things - yes they are! You are doing very well increasing your exercise. Try to ignore the scale, and just go with the flow, it will catch up with the real you eventually.

Well you would have to burn 3600 calories in exercise to see a lb drop. Even so... that fat loss would probably be replaced by some water until your body figured it out... that it didn't need to hang onto it. Weight loss definitely happened if you kept to within your calorie limit. So one day soon... you'll see it show. I know... it is frustrating not to see that scale move... but it will... just stay the course and keep up what you are doing.

im sure a few days an your losses will catch up with your body an you will see another loss...cant drop pounds everyday...wouldnt be no fun then...lol...have a great one..

Wow you upped it from 40 mins to 51 thats fabulous buddy. It won't be long before it shows on the scales. Be sure to drink plenty of water out in the heat. Have a great day my friend.....Bren
