Happy Wednesday to you all. Feeling good today. Got off to a good start, exercised really hard this morning. I know this because of the copious amount of sweat that was pouring off of me this morning. Hit the scale, and down a pound. Not a weigh in day, but it still feels good to see the scale under 270 again. I didn't let myself eat the extra snacks yesterday, nor the day before, and what a difference I could feel. However, I do need to go into the doctors office. I don't wanna, but it's for the better to do it now, rather than later. I'm hoping I can keep with this trend and get the scale tipping on the downward spiral once more. Hope you all have a great day.
