It is amazing the difference just 10 pounds can make. I have been like a yo-yo for years. Since November the back pain came back and I was really hurting. I got back on the scale and noticed I was up to 200 pounds again! SO - once again I started to watch what I ate, exercise, and cut down on the partying so much. Well here I am again, on my way back down - yesterday's weigh-in was 190 and I am feeling so much better in spite of this terrible weather we are having. 2014 turned out to be such a terrible year, physically and emotionally -maybe this can mark the beginning of a good 2015. Then again, in light of how bad the last two years were - all 2015 has to be in non-eventful and that in itself would be fantastic - lol.
