I battle my demons daily.. We are so hard on ourself, I know i am. I stopped loving myself at some point in my 20s. I almost killed myself with food and alcohol till late 30s. Im still learning how to love myself again in my 40s. Sober with healthy food.

Amazing how far you've come! Like you, my 30s were filled with alcohol and unhealthy food...into my 40s a bit, too. It wasn't until relatively recently that I started taking my health seriously. So you're not alone. Great job! You are so worth self care! 👍
