Last night's weigh in was good. I actually thought I would have gained weight for some funny reason. I think it had to do with the skipped exercise on Wednesday. I feel good today. I'm burning 1/2 day at work to go home and bring in wood for the next two weeks and clean my chimney. Afterwards, I will be grocery shopping for the next two weeks as well hitting 4 different stores. That's a workout on its own. Tomorrow is for ice fishing with my boys. Hand drilling holes in the ice is quite a workout. I feel great and my weight is going in the right direction now!!!!
