So far I've gotten some heart pumping activity everyday for the past four days. Monday I did P90X disc 1 (1 hr), Tuesday I did WiiFit Plus (1/2 hr), Wednesday I mowed my lawn (it took me about 2 hours to do it; we have a half acre property :-D ), and today I did P90X disc 2. Yay! No if I can do better with my eating habits I can actually start losing weight again. :)
