Gained #5 since first entry. Been having lots of trouble with my IBS for the last 3 weeks. The only things that didn't bother me were ice cream, milk, peanut butter, oatmeal. Guess it really is time to find a gastro-doc.
Was feeling better for a couple days. Went to Blue Gate Restaurant yesterday. Got meatloaf with chix and noodles...horrible. Meat lukewarm. Noodles lukewarm and dry. Chix tasted like canned chix. Belly started hurting on the way home.
Went there with friends from my TOPS club.
This morning felt much better. Had honeydew and a serving of chips Pain started immediately.

Have you read up on FODMAPS - look it up. It's a way of eating for IBS.
