I had spinach feta wrap and bacon eggbites they are really yummy plus venti green michatio drink. I only eat two meals a day plus snacks. I am on a 2000 calories diet and I exercise 6 days a week for two hours. I love working with weights it tones my body. I hope you have a good day.
