First things first! SINCERE THANKS TO ALL OF YOU who take the time and effort to support me on my journey to better health !!!
That being said, today is my 6th straight day of no loss. So I am going to take my Dr.'s advice and only weigh once a week.
I do think daily or every other day weigh-ins can be a good accountability tool when persons are struggling to stay on plan OR are at or near their goal weight. But when any of us are ON TRACK with our eating plan, then weighing too often will be counter-productive, esp. emotionally.
I also need to remind all of us that our journey is NOT primarily about just seeing lower figures on a scale but about a journey to BETTER HEALTH.
I will see a dietican on Mon. to start transition back to soft food.
