I challenged myself a little more today, walked 18 holes beginning at 8:30 this morning, done at noon( it was crowded). ate 'breakfast at 1 (18 hr fast) then at 4 did my weights with running in place between sets. 30 g of carbs today. That should burn some fat!

Wish I could walk 18 again, but knees are shot from injuries & repair. I could probably do 9 (maybe), but would pay for it later. So, it's carts for me anymore. Keep at it.
