😁 before i started my journey..... I would get a mcdouble.. Mcchicken...a 6pc nugget and fry with a large soda. Sometimes twice a day....🙅🤢 and thats one of the ways i got to 315-320 lbs.

If I could support this 99 times I would. Any and every time someone complains that they can't lose weight, the number one culprit is their daily habit of fast food & dining out. It's like asking for a heart attack. So happy that you've mastered the art of saying NO, Amcdile! 👍🏻👏🏻

The Dr telling me to enjoy my last 20 years of life sure helped me get focused 😬😳 brutal but i needed to hear it

I think people avoid their doctor for the gloomy prognosis (like the one you got). But it really is the kick in the pants that everyone needs. I read so many journal entries here by dieters defending fast food, as if it's only a matter of making sure their calories don't go over their daily limit. They're either ignorant or willfully ignoring the giant issues of sodium (high blood pressure, kidney stones), saturated fat (stroke, heart attack, ED), and sugar (diabetes). It isn't just obesity everyone should worry about when they eat this stuff several times a week.
